Richard Carapaz to race with EF Education-EasyPost next season
Rumors suggested that Carapaz could return to Movistar Team, with which he won the 2019 Giro d'Italia next year or even that his renewal with Ineos Grenadier was already closed. But the Velonews portal has just confirmed that his signing with EF Education-EasyPost is solid and will be made public next August 1 when confirmed by the UCI.
The signing of Carapaz was one of the most interesting this year as he was a key rider for many WorldTour teams to rebuild their lineups around the Ecuadorian. For EF Education-EasyPost it represents the most important move in recent years with the prospect of challenging for a Grand Tour victory.
