Emily Batty will race on Fulcrum wheels and it is confirmed that she will be in the XC World Cup 2023
Canadian cyclist Emily Batty has announced that she will race with wheels from Italian manufacturer Fulcrum. Aside from the news, this is the first information Batty has offered about her 2023 MTB season, in which it appears she will compete in the XCO World Cup as an individual, without a team.
Emily Batty will race on Fulcrum wheels and will be at the premiere of the 2023 World Cup
A few weeks ago we warned about the surprising case of Emily Batty, the Canadian is one of the most popular and loved by the fans, but does not seem to appear or wear the colors of any team for 2023. All preseason she has been training and sharing images on social networks without any sponsor on her kit and her collaboration with Red Bull also seems to be over.
It is true that the 34-year-old has been without strong results since 2019, but it is also undeniable her media potential for brands and that in 2022 she retained the title of XCO champion of Canada and we saw her again in a World Cup Top 10.

So far in 2023, Batty has only raced in a series of XCO and XCC races held in Puerto Rico and it wasn't until Fulcrum's announcement that the Italian brand itself confirmed that it will be racing, at least in Nove Mesto, in the 2023 World Cup.
Alongside Fulcrum, Canyon remains as Batty's bike supplier, it is since 2020.
In the three weeks before the start of the XC World Cup we are sure to have more information about the Canadian rider and her next goals.
