Pogacar is ready to go back on the attack
The Slovenian Tadej Pogacar has not competed since making history by winning the Tour de France 2024 after winning the Giro. Now he is ready to start the final part of his season, with the main goal of wearing the rainbow jersey.
Tadej Pogacar returns to competition in Canada
The next World Tour events will be in Canada on September 13 and 15, GP Cycliste de Quebec and GP de Montreal respectively, and UAE has confirmed that their team will be there led by Tadej Pogacar.
Since the route of the upcoming World Championship in Zurich was announced, Pogacar has made it clear on several occasions that it will be one of his main goals for 2024. But for that, we will have to wait until the end of September, and before that Pogacar wanted to test himself in Canada after more than a month without competing.

This is how eager the Slovenian was to return:
"I have had a good break from competition and I am looking forward to returning to it in Canada. It is a beautiful part of the world to ride a bike and I have very good memories from two years ago. The level will be high, as always, and we will have to give our best. Whatever happens for the rest of the season, I can be happy with what I have achieved this year. Everything else will be a bonus.
My form is good and I am focused on enjoying and performing well in this final part of the season."
