New Megamo Track 2027: three versions featuring Flight Attendant, with prices starting at €3,499

Megamo updates one of the stars of its catalog for 2027. The new Track range maintains the platform that has yielded such good results over the last few seasons for XC and XCM, but incorporates new colors, a renewed selection of builds, and, as the main novelty, three versions equipped with the RockShox Flight Attendant electronic suspension system.

New Megamo Track 2027: three models with Flight Attendant and a carbon range starting at 3,499 euros

The Megamo Track has been demonstrating for several seasons that it is not necessary to resort to especially complex solutions to achieve a competitive XC MTB. Its design, a well-resolved geometry, a contained weight, and, especially, a very balanced selection of components for each price level have made this bike one of the most successful proposals in its segment.

For 2027, the Girona brand has opted to maintain that formula and concentrate the novelties on the equipment. The new range features six builds, three of them with Flight Attendant, and prices ranging from 3,499 to 10,999 euros.

The frame maintains the same dual suspension platform, with 120 mm of rear travel and two levels of carbon construction, SL and SLR. Both share geometry and suspension operation, although the SLR uses a lighter construction, reserved for the higher builds.

The Track continues to bet on a geometry that combines pedaling performance and descending capability. Its 66.5° head angle, 75.6° seat angle, and 431 mm chainstays allow for agile handling without sacrificing stability on technical sections. The reach is 435 mm in size M.

It also retains fully integrated cabling and the characteristic carbon handlebar and stem set that we find even in the most economical models.

The suspensions continue to offer 120 mm in the rear and forks of 120 or 130 mm depending on the build, a configuration that allows covering everything from the most competitive XCO to marathon events and the most demanding mountain routes.

The SRAM Flight Attendant arrives in three versions of the Track

The main novelty of 2027 is the incorporation of the RockShox Flight Attendant system, which automatically and electronically manages the operation of the suspensions without the need to use a conventional lockout remote.

The system adapts the firmness of the fork and shock based on the terrain and pedaling, alternating between three modes of operation: open, pedal, and lock. Megamo has decided to introduce this technology at three very different price levels.

The Track 04 FA is possibly one of the great surprises of the collection. For 5,499 euros, it includes a RockShox SID Ultimate Flight Attendant fork, SIDLuxe Ultimate Flight Attendant shock, SRAM S1000 AXS T-Type drivetrain, and even a Quarq power meter. A particularly attractive combination for those looking to access this technology without having to resort to a prohibitively priced bike.

Above it is the Track 04 FA CW, which maintains practically the same equipment but replaces the aluminum wheels with DT Swiss XRC 1500 carbon ones. Its price increases to 6,499 euros.

Finally, the Track 00 SLR FA represents the maximum expression of this platform, with the SLR frame, SRAM XX SL AXS group, DT Swiss XRC 1200 wheels, and RockShox electronic suspensions.

An important detail is that all Flight Attendant versions come with 120 mm forks, while the three models with Fox suspensions maintain the 130 mm in the front.

The Track 08 remains one of the great assets of the range

Although the electronic suspensions concentrate a good part of the novelties, Megamo has not neglected the more accessible builds.

The Track 08 maintains the carbon frame and offers a combination of components that is hard to overlook for 3,499 euros. It includes a Fox 34 SL Performance fork with 130 mm, Fox Float SL Performance shock, Shimano XT 12-speed drivetrain, XT brakes, and integrated carbon handlebar.

The Track 06 is also particularly interesting, which for 4,499 euros makes the leap to Fox Factory Kashima suspensions and an electronic SRAM S1000 AXS T-Type drivetrain.

It is precisely this type of builds that have helped consolidate the Track within the XC market. Megamo manages to maintain high-level components in important areas such as suspensions and drivetrain, without driving up the final price of the bike.
