What's new in the Garmin Edge 1050
Garmin renews its flagship in terms of bike GPS. The Garmin Edge 1050 was one of the most anticipated cycle computers in recent months as it is expected to once again set the benchmark in terms of performance and price.
To put this GPS into the current context, Garmin has introduced this cycle computer after the releases of the new Hammerhead Karoo 3 and the Coros Dura. Two devices that could be its competitors as the first promises a better navigation experience and the second an immense autonomy of over 120 hours.

As for its novelties, the first one is obvious. The device has been aesthetically renewed and now its casing offers a more modern beveled design, discreet fully metallic buttons, and a replaceable quarter-turn mount. Above all, it features a new and bright 3.5" liquid crystal display.
Inside, the Garmin Edge 1050 includes a battery capable of providing a range from 20 to 60 hours, depending on the performance demanded. It also integrates a new speaker that promises clear sounds and indications about our route, and functions as a bell.
The 1050 is compatible with Garmin Pay's wireless payment system, something that can be very attractive for those who want to go out without cards or a wallet.
The Garmin Edge 1050 is now available with a RRP of 749.99 € and you can find more information about this device on the official Garmin website.
