Gobik confirms that the new skin of Movistar Team has focused on improving the technical performance of the garments and the sustainability of the fabrics used for their manufacture.
This is endorsed by José Ramón Ortín, CEO and co-founder of Gobik: "The collaboration with Movistar Team and Telefónica for the creation of the 2024 kit represents another significant milestone for us, as this partnership goes beyond the simple manufacture of sportswear, it is a testament to our dedication to innovation and overcoming challenges together. Not only do we boost the visibility of our brand in the world of cycling, but it also challenges us to reach new standards of excellence".
In this regard, Alberto García, CEO and co-founder of the brand, specified that "the new kit is the result of a collective effort and a meticulous approach to excellence in sportswear design. We have focused on the integration of advanced technical fabrics that offer not only an aerodynamic fit and exceptional breathability, but are also consistent with our unwavering commitment to sustainability. Every detail of the jersey has been carefully thought out to enhance the technical performance of the cyclists”.
“The asymmetric aesthetics and the light effect reflect not only the team's visual identity - continues Alberto -, but also our dedication to innovation in design. We are delighted with the final result and believe that this collaboration not only raises the standard of sportswear, but also reinforces Gobik's position as a reference in the world of technical cycling fashion”.
Like the new INEOS Grenadier kit, the latest from Movistar will also be available on the official Gobik website.
