DMT presents the new Pogis 2024
Tadej Pogacar's collaboration with DMT continues to grow with the launch of new shoes, the Pogis, designed to pay tribute to the Slovenian's victories, which were presented by the Italian brand at Eurobike and will be part of its 2024 catalog. These shoes also hide a microchip that stores information about the cyclist.
The technology hidden in Tadej Pogacar's new DMTs
The close collaboration between DMT and Tadej Pogacar is not something new, a brand that has even manufactured a model with diamonds that the Slovenian cyclist used during the Tour de France 2022 and then auctioned it in favor of his association for the fight against cancer.

In the run-up to the 2023 Tour de France and coinciding with the Eurobike celebration, DMT has unveiled the Pogi's, the shoes that Tadej Pogacar is likely to use in the French race and that will become part of the brand's 2024 catalog.
These shoes are an evolution of the KRSL that Pogacar had been using and, in addition to the attractive design, with graphics that emulate a kind of electrocardiogram, are characterized by incorporating a chip with NFC technology, the same that is used in phones or credit cards for contactless payment.
In the case of these Pogis, the chip is used to store rider information such as contact details or health information.
In addition to these new shoes, DMT showed at Eurobike the new colors of its reference shoes, the KRSL, as well as the Pogis, with lace fastening for maximum lightness without losing adjustability; and the KR1 model.
