Cane Creek gives its gravel upside-down fork a premium makeover with a very limited edition
Cane Creek has presented a special edition of its inverted fork for gravel. The new Invert Tuxedo maintains the technical characteristics of the original model with 30 or 40mm of travel, but incorporates a striking finish in white and champagne. Its production will be limited to only 50 units worldwide.
Cane Creek Invert Tuxedo, the inverted gravel fork launches an exclusive limited edition of 50 units
The Cane Creek Invert was already one of the most unique forks on the gravel market due to its inverted design, an unusual configuration in this discipline. Now the American brand has decided to give it a completely different look with the Tuxedo edition, which replaces the black finish of the conventional version with a much more original color combination.
The upper part features a glossy white finish, while the lower legs receive a hard anodized champagne color. The black details of the supports and other components complete an aesthetic that contrasts with most gravel suspension forks.
Beyond its appearance, there are no changes in functionality. The Tuxedo uses the same platform as the Invert CS, with available travel of 30 or 40 mm and an adjustable pneumatic suspension system via air pressure.

Its inverted design places the smaller diameter legs at the bottom and the outer tubes at the top. Cane Creek uses a structure that combines a crown and a carbon steerer tube with aluminum upper tubes, a construction aimed at reducing weight without sacrificing the necessary stiffness for gravel use.

One of its most characteristic elements remains the Climb Switch, a small button located at the top of the fork. Its activation stiffens the suspension and significantly reduces its movement when pedaling standing up, something especially useful on climbs and sections where a more direct response is sought.

The Invert CS has a declared weight of 1,113 grams and accommodates tires up to 700 x 50 mm. It also includes a 12 x 100 mm thru-axle and Flat Mount brake mount for a 160 mm disc, although it allows for the installation of a 180 mm one using a compatible adapter.
Only 50 units and a price of €1,100
Cane Creek will manufacture only 50 units of this edition, all hand-assembled at its facilities in Fletcher, North Carolina.

The Invert Tuxedo is already listed on Cane Creek's official website with a price of €1,092.95, for both the 30 mm and 40 mm versions. It is the same price as the conventional Invert CS, so the exclusivity of the finish does not entail an additional cost in the U.S. market.
