BBB Cycling unveils three new gloves for riding in cold, wet weather without sacrificing handlebar feel
BBB Cycling renews its high-performance glove range with three models specifically designed to tackle rain, cold, and the most demanding winter conditions. The new AquaDex, StormDex, and ThermoDex focus on different technical solutions to enhance hand protection without compromising grip on the handlebars.
BBB Cycling presents three new gloves to challenge the cold and rain
The Dutch manufacturer BBB Cycling has developed this new collection based on some of the most common problems when training in winter: overly bulky gloves, loss of sensitivity when braking or shifting gears, lack of grip when it rains, and difficulties putting on gloves with wet hands.

The new range consists of three models with different levels of insulation and water protection, with prices ranging from 44.95 to 64.95 euros.

The AquaDex are designed for those seeking rain protection without sacrificing movement precision. Their construction uses only 2 mm thick neoprene, a solution that helps retain body heat and reduces bulk compared to other thicker neoprene gloves.

One of its main features is the AXX Suede palm, a material chosen to improve grip in wet conditions and maintain direct feel on the handlebars.
Its recommended price is 44.95 euros.
StormDex, waterproof protection for intense training
The StormDex are aimed at high-intensity training in cold and persistent rain. They incorporate a hydrophobic and breathable Italian fabric that extends across their entire surface, including the sides and areas between the fingers.
Their main technical element is the Escape membrane, with a declared waterproof rating of 10,000 mm, accompanied by ergonomic latex padding.

Additionally, BBB Cycling has developed a cuff with a specific grip area that makes it easier to put on the gloves even when hands are cold or wet.
Its recommended price is 54.95 euros.
ThermoDex, double PrimaLoft insulation for the most demanding winter
The warmest model in the collection is the ThermoDex, designed for long rides in very low temperatures and heavy rain.
It uses the same type of waterproof Italian fabric from the range but adds a dual-layer PrimaLoft insulation system and an additional waterproof membrane to enhance thermal protection.

To compensate for the greater number of layers, BBB Cycling has incorporated a specific construction in the palm that aims to maintain finger mobility. It also features ergonomic latex padding and an integrated pull tab for easier fitting.
Its recommended price is 64.95 euros.
With these three models, BBB Cycling expands its options for winter cycling and offers different solutions based on weather conditions and each cyclist's insulation needs. More information on the official BBB Cycling website.
