The Aurum Magma has new colors
The bike company created by Alberto Contador and Ivan Basso continues to expand the available options of its flagship Magma model with a new color option that serves as a tribute to the volcanic rocks of Tenerife and Mount Teide, places that have seen so many training sessions of both riders.
Aesthetics and performance unite in the Aurum Magma
While we await the arrival of new products to the brand's catalog, as we could guess from a post by Alberto Contador on his Instagram account, the brand does not forget its flagship Magma model, undoubtedly one of the most elegant bikes on the current scene that has managed to resist trends while maintaining a classic look without neglecting current innovations such as internal cable routing. As Alberto Contador himself says, "the Magma is not just a bike, it's a style statement. We believe that style is as important as performance and with the Magma our customers can have both."
The new color profile, called Agate Grey, is inspired by the color of the volcanic rocks so characteristic of Teide, where both Alberto Contador and Ivan Basso have spent many days concentrated during their professional career, riding countless times up and down its beautiful landscapes.

A decoration option, like all the others, handmade in its facilities in the Madrid town of Pinto, where Alberto Contador is originally from and which also hosts the Aurum headquarters and which is added to the existing Glacier Blue, Carbon Black which this model was launched in 2020, the Artic White which was incorporated in 2021 and which is used on the bikes of the Eolo-Kometa team; and the Dolomite Pink and Green, which the brand added last year and which evoke the rocks and forests of the iconic Dolomite massif, one of the world's cycling paradises.
As in the other versions, this new Magma Agate Grey maintains all the setup options, from the one equipped with Shimano Dura-Ace Di2, where you can choose the exclusive ENVE or Lightweight wheels and components, to the more affordable option with SRAM Force AXS with Ritchey or ENVE components and Mavic or ENVE wheels.
The Agate Grey option is available from now on for its Magma bikes that can be purchased from Aurum's own website or at any of the points of sale around the world, which you can also consult on the brand's website.
