Vento Argo X, the off-road racing saddle from Fi’zi:k

Fi’zi:k continues to expand its Vento saddle collection with the addition of the Argo X model, a short-nosed saddle specifically designed to seek maximum performance off the asphalt, whether on a mountain bike XC or on our gravel bike.

Based on the Vento Argo models, the new Argo X saddle arrives in the Fi’zi:k catalog, designed to provide maximum performance when we compete off the asphalt, whether on the XC bike or on a gravel bike.

Following the guidelines of its Vento range, this Argo X is a short-nosed saddle with rounded shapes and a design that not only provides stability when we move on broken terrain but also allows us to adopt an aggressive position on the bike when we press the pedals hard.

To achieve a good saddle to be used off the asphalt, it must allow the cyclist to place themselves in different positions, something that this Argo X achieves by widening the nose of it to maintain the best possible stability when the cyclist seeks the tip when facing the steepest climbs.

On the other hand, its rounded shapes favor mobility on it, especially in technical areas, preventing the saddle from getting caught in our legs or clothes when, for example, we have to position ourselves behind it on very steep descents.

Like all saddles of the Italian brand, it is perfectly studied to maximize comfort, avoiding pressure in the most sensitive areas and with the usual Wingflex shell that allows a slight flexion of the sides of it to allow pedaling as natural as possible without the saddle interfering with the extension of the leg.

In addition, with the use on trails in mind, it includes curious details such as the rubber band that covers the bottom and prevents mud from sticking under it.

This Fi’zi:k Argo X is available in two versions X3 and X5, both with a nylon and resin shell, only varying the material of the rails, S-Alloy in the case of the X5 and Kium in the superior X3 version. In the X5 we can choose between 140 and 150 mm in width while the X3 is only available in the narrow option. The price of both models is 109 € for the X5 and 149 € in the case of the X3.
