The Rockrider RACE 940S with which Samara Maxwell has won the Araxá XCO World Cup
The current XCO Oceania Champion Samara Maxwell is being one of the great revelations of the season. In the first round of the Araxá XCO World Cup she was the best and won a historic victory that places her as the first New Zealander to win a World Cup event. And she did it with the new Rockrider RACE 904S that the Decathlon Ford Racing Team is using for the first time this year.
The Rockrider RACE 904S of Samara Maxwell in detail
For 2025, the Decathlon Ford Racing Team has partnered with SRAM-RockShox and they are now one of the official teams of the brand. As a result, their bikes have undergone significant changes in assembly and electronics have taken control of the team's Rockrider RACE 904s.

Meanwhile, New Zealand's Sammie Maxwell retained the title of Oceania champion at the end of March and her Rockrider now matches her new jersey.

As we mentioned at the beginning, Decathlon is going to release a limited edition called RockRider RACE 940S LTD 2025. Available for pre-sale from April 9th for an incredible price of 6499€ and the only changes compared to this assembly will be that it does not include the Flight Attendant suspensions.
