The Orbea Orca 2026 is renewed with the latest Oquo wheels and a new integrated handlebar
The Orbea competition bike, the Orca used in the most important races in the world by the Lotto team cyclists, receives an update in its assemblies to equip it with the new products developed by the Mallabia brand such as the new Oquo wheel collection or the first integrated handlebar created by the Basque firm.
The Orbea Orca 2026 is renewed with the new components of the brand
Although it is not yet time for a model change, Orbea wanted to update its Orbea Orca to make it a better bike without the need to manufacture a new one. For this, based on the current frame, they have chosen to improve their assemblies by taking advantage of the novelties in their own range of components, a range of products that has already achieved a level so remarkable that it can have its own entity without the need to resort to third parties.
The great novelty in the high and medium range assemblies of the Orbea Orca is the availability of the new integrated cockpit OC SH RA10, a handlebar developed under UCI specifications aimed at improving the bike's aerodynamics and weighing a competitive 313 g in the 100 mm stem length and 380 mm width version. By the way, speaking of measurements, it is worth mentioning that, among stem widths and lengths, Orbea manufactures this handlebar in 11 different options.

Also added to the assemblies of the Orbea Orca are the new Oquo LTD wheels that the brand presented a few days ago, highlighting the Q10 hub that they all share, completely designed and manufactured in Euskadi and rounding off wheels with 4 profile options to accommodate the bike to the intended use. In the Orbea Orca assemblies, we will only find 3 of the four new wheels, from the RA 57 LTD seeking maximum aerodynamics, to the lightweight RP35 LTD, to the versatile RD50 LTD.
The Orbea Orca will continue to be available in two carbon levels, the OMX for its highest quality option with an ultralight frame and maximum stiffness to meet the needs of professionals; and the OMR option, a top-level frame but with a slightly lower quality carbon that sacrifices a few grams on the scale and loses a bit of stiffness in exchange for a more absorbent and forgiving bike for all riders.
These bikes receive new standard decorations to differentiate this 2026 range from what was previously in their catalog and are already available at Orbea's usual distributors as well as on the brand's website.
