The MTB World Cup 2025 breaks audience and attendance records in the middle of the season
The organization of the UCI MTB World Cup 2025 has just released figures on the audiences and in-person attendance so far this season, and according to reports, records are being broken with 56 million accumulated views and 15 million hours of viewing on Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) channels.

Although it is impossible to compare them with the previous model in which RedBull broadcast the competition online for free, there are no official figures available, the truth is that since WBD and the UCI took control of the MTB World Cup in 2023, their figures have been growing year after year.
The new organization has been a revolution for this sport and since its arrival, we are seeing the most significant changes since the competition was created, from the way races are broadcasted, to the circuits and configuration of the teams.

In terms of figures, according to the organization the round held in Val di Sole, Italy, has been the most viewed in the history of the series, with almost 15 million views, surpassing the previous record set in Nové Město Na Moravě (Czech Republic) in 2023 by 15.4%.
In addition to the live coverage through HBO Max, Eurosport, discovery+ and TNT Sports, WBD's 360° digital ecosystem offered stories beyond the competition, generating 225 million video views and 11 million interactions on social networks such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
On the other hand, the official website of the series has exceeded 1.7 million visits, with the live timing tool being one of the main traffic drivers, especially during enduro tests.
Physical attendance has also reached a milestone with more than 250,000 people attending the events held so far, from Araxá (Brazil) to Pal Arinsal (Andorra).
As we say, these figures are only up to now and there are still 4 of the 15 rounds to be held until the end of the season on October 12 in Canada. Before the World Championships, the calendar continues this August in France, a key event that all favorites to wear the next rainbow jersey will use as a final test.
