The Decathlon Ford Racing team is betting on the Spanish brand Damoff for the maintenance of its bikes
The Spanish brand Damoff strengthens its presence in the elite of MTB by becoming the technical partner of the Decathlon Ford Racing Team, currently ranked number two in the UCI world ranking. The agreement for the 2026 season represents a new step in the trajectory of the consumables manufacturer within high competition, where its products have been used and tested at the highest level for several seasons.
High-Level Maintenance: Damoff Joins the Decathlon Ford Racing Team
In the statement, they explain that the team will use a selection of products from the Damoff catalog aimed at the maintenance and performance of the bicycle, such as lubricants, solutions, and cleaning accessories.
Damoff does not enter into this agreement as an emerging brand, but after several seasons in competition. Its products have been developed and validated alongside teams and mechanics from the international circuit.
The choice by the Decathlon Ford Racing Team responds to that accumulated experience with solutions designed to perform under rain, mud, extreme dust, or prolonged loads, with special attention to the durability of the transmission and ease of maintenance in consecutive races.

The current number 2 team in the UCI ranking will have various solutions from the Damoff catalog to adapt to each racing and training scenario, being able to choose from lubricants such as Damoff Extreme Wet Lube for rainy, muddy, and persistently humid conditions, Damoff Wax Lube, developed in competition to keep the transmission clean and free of debris for longer, and Damoff Dry Lube, aimed at dry or mixed conditions, with low friction, high penetration capacity, and effective protection against wear throughout the season.

In the cleaning and maintenance section, Decathlon will have several Damoff solutions depending on the type of cleaning and the context of use, from Damoff Bio Degreaser for deep cleaning of the transmission, to Damoff Bio Clean for general cleaning of the bicycle after training and races, both formulated without acids or solvents and safe for carbon and disc brakes. Additionally, for situations where it is not possible to use water, the team can resort to Damoff Waterless Pro, designed for quick and safe cleanings before going on the podium, between sessions or in the paddock.
The agreement will allow Damoff to continue refining its formulas based on direct feedback from one of the most demanding teams in the international scene. Mechanics and riders from the Decathlon Ford Racing Team will actively participate in the validation of products under real racing conditions, reinforcing the brand's continuous development process.
