The Andalucía Bike Race by Garmin celebrates its 15th edition with a luxury lineup
The Andalucía Bike Race by Garmin returns from February 24 to March 1, 2025. One of the most prestigious international MTB stage races where the world elite of XCM meets every year. In its 15th edition, the race not only maintains its status as a reference on the calendar but also expands horizons with a route that, for the first time, will include the province of Granada, in addition to the usual routes of Jaén and Córdoba.
The best of the World XCM comes together at the Andalucía Bike Race 2025
The Andalucía Bike Race is not only a test of endurance, but also of strategy and teamwork. The fight for victory is more open than ever with the participation of the best structures in the world of XCM.
One of the most anticipated names at the starting line is that of Andreas Seewald, former XCM world champion, who will team up with the talented Jakob Harmann in the Singer KTM Racing team. Together, they aim to dominate the race with their power and experience in marathon events.

The Wilier-Vittoria team arrives with a high-level duo: Italian Samuele Porro, five-time national XCM champion, and German Marc Stutchmann, a combination of experience and explosiveness that could make a difference in the decisive sections.
One of the most surprising moves of this edition is the separation of the current champions. Fabian Rabensteiner, winner in 2024, changes partners and will compete alongside his teammate Casey South from Torpado Kenda FSA Factory.
Meanwhile, the Buff-Megamo Team, a regular protagonist of the Andalucía Bike Race, will present a formidable team with the Czech Martin Stošek and the Portuguese José Dias, two cyclists with a broad international track record who will seek to be at the top of the podium.
The Klimatiza Orbea team will have a presence with two pairs. Roberto Bou and Sebastian Geish, experts in ultra-endurance events, as well as the Andalusian duo formed by Miguel Muñoz and Luis Francisco Pérez, who will strive to stand out at home.
The Cordovan Jose Mari Sánchez, a deep connoisseur of the terrain, will try to make the most of his experience alongside his teammate from SCOTT Cala Bandidad Enrique Morcillo to shine in a race that has always been favorable to him.
But if there is a duo that generates great expectation, it is BH, which will join forces with two of the most outstanding riders on the international scene: the Portuguese Tiago Ferreira, former XCM world champion, and the Spanish David Valero, Olympic medalist and current Spanish XCO champion. Together, they form one of the most feared pairs in the competition, with a lethal mix of power, endurance, and technical skill.
The women's race is also more open than ever, with a very high level of participation. The duo formed by the Italian Costanza Fasolis and the German Stephanie Walter arrives with the ambition to fight for victory, but they will not have it easy.
From Spain, the combination of Txell Figueras and Claudia Peretti promises a spectacle, thanks to their youth and talent, while the Malaga native Natalia Fischer, one of the great references in XCM in the country, will seek to write a new golden page in her career in this race.
Once again, Andalucía will become the world epicenter of MTB, with impressive landscapes and challenging trails that will test the best cyclists on the planet.
