The Specialized Levo SL is updated with the new Genie shock absorber
Alongside the new Stumpjumper, the brand presented one of the most interesting innovations of the brand in recent months. It is the Genie shock absorber, designed and developed by Specialized and now also included in the Specialized Levo SL.
The Specialized Levo SL now features the Genie shock absorber
The Specialized Levo SL 2024 was introduced as one of the lightest eMTBs on the market and now its entire range is updated with what the brand considers the best possible shock absorber for this model, the new Genie.
Remember that the new Specialized Genie is a shock absorber developed by Fox and Specialized to achieve better performance in absorbing small bumps as well as in wild jumps. On the other hand, the Turbo Levo SL Gen 2 arrived as a lightweight eMTB with 150mm of rear travel and 160mm in the front, along with a new frame with the Horst Link system and the Turbo SL 1.2 electric system.

Now both novelties come together in the Specialized catalog to offer a complete range of Levo SL with Genie, except for a special setup that will feature Ohlins suspensions.
For now, this range update has only been announced in the US and we assume it could reach the rest of the markets in the coming weeks. It will be then when we will update the article with the final prices.
