Simon Andreassen debuts his new Orbea Oiz European Champion XCC edition in Brazil
This weekend marks the debut of the XCO/XCC World Cup 2025 at the Brazilian circuit of Araxá, where we will be able to see for the first time the new Orbea Oiz of Simon Andreassen, the European XCC Champion edition. The Orbea Fox Factory Team cyclist will compete with it on Saturday in the Short Track, but we have already been able to see it up close.

New Orbea Oiz European XCC Champion edition for Simon Andreassen
The Danish rider Simon Andreassen starts the season at the same circuit where he won last year, at the Araxá XCO World Cup, but this time he will do it with a new team, as he has been one of the star signings of the revamped Orbea Fox Factory Team and a new bike.
Andreassen has been training and competing with the new Orbea Oiz for a few months now, but this weekend he will ride with a new personalized model in honor of the European XCC Champion title he won last year in Romania.

The Orbea FOX Factory Team will be present in the two consecutive races held in Araxá over two consecutive weekends. Alongside Andreassen will be Canadian Jennifer Jackson and Belgian Pierre de Froidmont, while Rebecca Henderson will be absent due to an injury suffered in Australia.
The characteristic Brazilian circuit, known for its red clay trails, will offer special variations for each race, promising two exciting tracks.
