RockShox launches a specific Flight Attendant shock absorber for the SCOTT Spark

The RockShox Flight Attendant electronic suspensions for XCO have been one of the most important novelties of 2024, and surely of the coming years. But in its presentation, the SCOTT Spark did not appear as one of the compatible bikes for this system. Something that has just been solved.

The RockShox SIDLuxe Ultimate Flight Attendant shock absorber is now compatible with the SCOTT Spark

Ten-time world champion Nino Schurter was the first cyclist we saw competing with the Flight Attendant system a few months ago. Well, more than saw, we first intuited because the shock absorber in his SCOTT Spark is hidden inside the frame and it wasn't until he achieved his 34th victory in the World Cup that we could confirm that there was indeed an electronic shock absorber inside his Spark.

During the official presentation of the Flight Attendant system, RockShox explained that Nino Schurter had contributed to the development, but surprisingly they also made it clear that, due to space constraints, the SCOTT Spark was not compatible with the standard SIDLuxe Ultimate Flight Attendant shock absorber.

They have just found a solution by presenting a special version of the SIDLuxe Ultimate Flight Attendant in which its design has been modified so that the battery and shock absorber controls are accessible from the service cover of the SCOTT Spark.

The operation and performance of the shock absorber are exactly the same, but with a specific design for the Spark.
