Orbea Orca 2024 makes its debut in the Tour

The new Orbea Orca 2024 was presented a few days ago with a total renovation of its frame to offer a version focused on lightness. Now this new model makes its debut in competition with the Ceratizit-WNT Pro Cycling Team and does so in the Tour de France Femmes.

The new Orbea Orca 2024 made its debut on Sunday in the opening stage of the Tour de France Femmes 2023 with the Ceratizit-WNT Pro Cycling Team, composed for the occasion by Cedrine Kerbaol, Ari Fidanza, Marta Lach, Alice Maria Arzuffi, Kathrin Schweinberger, Sandra Alonso and Nina Berton. The riders will compete with a customized model through the brand's MyO program and will alternate between the new Orca 2024 and the Orca Aero model.

 

The Orca 2024 is a 6.7 kg bike that offers instant acceleration, vibration absorption and great responsiveness. Qualities that the various riders of the Ceratizit-WNT Pro Cycling Team will take advantage of, especially on the high finishes of the Massif Central and on such key overall peaks as the Tourmalet.

The bike that the team will be riding has been customized through Orbea's MyO, which means that anyone can wear the same design as the team's riders. Specifically, the new Ceratizit-WNT Pro Cycling Team Orca uses Metallic Navy Blue for the frame and Pure Red for the fork with Luminous Yellow accents. All with a matte finish.
