In the men's category, the event will bring together several of the best riders in the world, including Nino Schurter (SCOTT-SRAM), 10-time world champion and living legend of MTB, Mathias Flückiger and Lars Forster (Thömus maxon), two key figures in XCO, Filippo Colombo (SCOTT-SRAM), one of the most promising bikers on the international circuit, and on the starting grid there will be other talents like Dario Lillo, Joel Roth, Andri Frischknecht, Vital Albin, or the American Bjorn Riley who could join the fight for the podium.
In the women's category, the level is equally high with Alessandra Keller (Thömus maxon), the current reference in Swiss XCO and one of the favorites for the podium, and the Australian Rebecca "Bec" Henderson (Orbea Fox), who returns to competition after the injury suffered in her country's national championship. Also, important cyclists like Emilly Johnston (SCOTT-SRAM), Ramona Forchini, Malene Degn, Ronja Blöchlinger, or Seraina Leugger will start, ensuring a race of maximum intensity.
