Four new saddles make up the renewed AGX line from the Italian brand Prologo, specifically designed for gravel and cyclocross practice, available in Scratch or Dimension design to satisfy both those who prefer a conventional saddle and those who love the new generation cut-out nose saddles.
Prologo renews its gravel and cyclocross saddles
Adventure Gravel Cyclocross, or AGX, the acronym Prologo uses for its range of saddles designed for these modalities. Saddles that prioritize comfort and perfect rider support when pedaling on rough terrain.
We find 4 new saddles within the AGX line, divided into two groups, those with Scratch design and those with the cut-out nose Dimension design. Each available in 140 or 147 mm width for Scratch, while the Dimension option can be found in 143 or 153 mm.

In any case, they all have common features such as their latest generation foam, optimized to improve vibration absorption resulting in greater pedaling comfort, in addition to the flexibility provided by the saddle shell. Also contributing to comfort is the design with an anti-prostate channel or PAS, common to all four AGX saddle options.
However, the most relevant innovation of the new Prologo AGX saddles is the so-called Slide Control, a texture of lines that runs across the entire surface of the saddle and allows the rider to be fixed in the correct position on the saddle, resulting in greater pedaling efficiency even on rough terrain.
A saddle that has already been tested by some gravel regulars like Lachlan Morton, Nicolas Roche, or Matej Mohoric, and can now be purchased on the brand's website or at regular retail points for a price of €139 for versions with Tirox metal rails or €219 if you opt for Nack carbon rails.
