New Pirelli P Zero Race RS: high-end range for inner tubes
Many cyclists still rely on inner tube tires for the total peace of mind that their use entails. However, they are not willing to settle for second-tier tires, typically focused on training. To meet their needs, Pirelli launches the RS version of its P Zero Race, high performance but for use with inner tubes.
Pirelli brings the performance of its competition tires to the version for use with inner tubes
From the collaboration with the cyclists of Alpecin-Deceuninck and Lidl-Trek, who have been testing them during their endless training sessions, come the Pirelli P Zero Race RS tires, a version of their competition tires designed for use only with inner tubes.
Like the rest of their top-level tires, the Pirelli P Zero Race RS are manufactured in the brand's factory in the Italian city of Bollate, using natural rubber with FSC certification for their construction, an NGO that ensures that the origin of this raw material comes from sustainable sources and responsible management of the forest resources used.

When must the tubeless tire sealant be replaced? What quantity?
Pirelli has designed these P Zero Race RS tires as high-performance tires with the lightest possible weight and minimal rolling resistance. Both aspects are maximized in combination with Pirelli SmartTUBE air chambers made of TPU, which achieve performance practically identical to the P Zero tubeless tires used in competition.
Like in these, Pirelli uses its SmartEVO2 compound in the P Zero Race RS with a blend of polymers that seek the perfect balance between grip and speed.
These tires will be available in sizes 26, 28, and 30 with a weight of 230 g for the intermediate size. They will also be offered in three finishes for their sidewalls: the usual black, the classic version with cream-colored sidewalls, and a curious option called classic where the sidewalls will be white.
