New Oakley models to remain the favorites among cyclists

Oakley surprises with the launch of three new models of glasses designed for cycling. A launch led by their star model of recent years, the unique Kato, with its screen superimposed on the nasal bridge and now arriving in a version with the temples integrated into the mini side frames that embrace the lens, that is, without a hinge to fold them which means shaving off a few grams from the weight of these glasses.

The new Kato models maintain the design lines we already knew, with the application of technologies such as PhysioMorphic design that brings the screen as close as possible to the face, ventilation openings on the sides to prevent fogging, a lens that can be adjusted in tilt, and of course the Prizm technology that equalizes filtering and contrast to improve visibility in its intended use.

Another novelty is the latest version of a legendary model like the Radar, called Oakley Radar Plate. Classic-style glasses that expand their range of use beyond the current wide-screen glasses that are popular in cycling, turning them into a multi-sport model. In this new Oakley version, the focus has been on improving nasal support and expanding the field of vision.

The latest among the newcomers are the Sphaera Slash, a model that seeks maximum lightness. In this latest revision of the Sphaera model, Oakley has worked on the shape of the lens, redesigning its lower part to avoid contact with the face but maintaining a wide field of vision so that they continue to be high-performance sports glasses.
