The Cervélo Aspero is renewed to continue being a reference gravel racing bike
Cervélo has just renewed its Aspero gravel model. A bike that knew how to read the future of the discipline in its first version and now arrives with important innovations that make it one of the fastest gravel bikes. The new Cervélo Aspero 2024 starts at €3,750 and the brand ensures that it is faster, more comfortable, and more versatile than its previous version.
What's new in the Cervélo Aspero 2024
It maintains the simple and clean look of its frame, giving it a racing aesthetic but hiding everything necessary to be a competition gravel bike.
The new Cervélo Aspero 2024 features a frame that has been lightened by 32 grams, includes a threaded bottom bracket, an improved internal cable routing, and an updated rear derailleur hanger to the UDH standard.

But the changes don't end there, the chainstays have grown by 5 mm, up to 425mm, and have been lowered to accommodate chainrings up to 46T. The tire clearance is also now greater, accommodating up to 700x42mm with enough space to clear any mud.
The down tube is slimmer in this version and the top tube is lower, with the brand ensuring improved comfort.
Additionally, it features a geometry-changing system through flip chips on the dropouts that Cervélo has named Trail Mixer. These "clips" have two positions, with the forward one providing a more responsive ride while the rearward position offers more stability. In addition to altering the handling sensitivity, this trail mixer also compensates for the trail when using 700c or 650b wheels.
Cervélo explains that with all these changes, they have achieved their goal: to create an Aspero 2024 with the same feel as the original version, but faster, more comfortable, and more versatile.
The new Cervélo Aspero 2024 is available in 6 different builds plus the option of a frame and fork kit. Prices range from €3,750 to €5,999. The frame kit with fork has a price of €2,500.
