The Cannondale Habit is renewed and expanded with two versions
Cannondale renews and expands one of the star models in its catalog, the Cannondale Habit, the brand's best-selling Trail bike that now arrives updated to remain a reference in the wide path between XCO and Enduro.
New Cannondale Habit and Habit LT
Even in regions where long-travel mountain bikes are not so popular, trail bikes are gaining more and more followers, while XCO is betting on up to 120mm travel. In that sense, the Cannondale Habit had positioned itself very well as a light, agile and fun bike to enjoy pure mountain biking. This is something that is further enhanced with this new update and its two versions.
This is how Scott Vogelmann, Cannondale's MTB product manager, introduced the presentation:

"The new Habit and Habit LT are built for MTB enjoyment, it's as simple as that." "With these two platforms, we have something for every type of rider and every riding style, between extreme cross country and enduro racing. If you're looking for good times on the trails, Habit is just what you need."
The Cannondale Habit is aimed at those looking for a lighter Trail bike, while the LT version focuses on those who enjoy the wilder side of the discipline. In either case, the two new versions are built on a new redesigned frame, available in carbon or aluminum, and thanks to Proportional Response technology offers size-specific geometry and suspension kinematics so that all riders have the same experience on the new Habit and Habit LT, regardless of their height or weight.
Designed to be as easy to service as possible, the new Cannondale Habit comes with standard metric shocks, threaded bottom bracket, SRAM's universal derailleur hanger, internal cable routing and the new standard 55mm chainline that offers increased wheel clearance. All of these details will allow for upgrades and easier maintenance.
Cannondale Habit 2024
With 140mm front and 130mm rear travel, 65.5° head angle and a more upright 77.5° saddle angle, the Cannondale Habit is the perfect model for those who want more speed and responsiveness from their trail bike. In addition, its setups feature lightweight components or wheels and tires that offer the perfect balance of agility, stability, efficiency and fun.
Cannondale Habit LT2024
The LT version features 140 mm of travel at the rear and 150 mm at the fork, while its geometry is a bit more relaxed with a 64.7° head tube angle and 77° seat tube angle. These specs translate into greater stability at high speeds and on rough terrain. The Habit LT version's setups are matched by aggressive wheels and tyres with larger discs, piggyback shocks and more robust forks.
