New BMC Fourstroke Racing?

The cyclists of the BMC Factory Racing team have been seen on social media with a completely black BMC Fourstroke for some time. At first glance, it looks like the current catalog version but there is nothing more revealing than their name printed on the frame and their last name R.

Is it a new model of the BMC Fourstroke?

As we were saying, just take a look at the social media of the star signing of the team for this season, Loana Lecomte, Jordan Sarrou, or Titouan Carod to see that they are riding what appears to be a new BMC Fourstroke.

The frame is printed with the model BMC Fourstroke R 01, a name that does not yet exist in the catalog but whose R reminds us of the Racing project that brought together BMC and the Red Bull Formula 1 team to create the Teammachine R road bike.

The team will continue to use Shimano groups, Duke wheels, and Ohlins electronic suspensions this season, which we only see in competition for now. We will see if in the coming weeks we have more information about this new model BMC Fourstroke R 01 or if it is some prototype that only their official cyclists are testing.
