Matt Beers mounts a double trigger and the latest SRAM prototypes on his S-Works Epic 8 for the Cape Epic 2025
With 8 participations and 3 victories in the Cape Epic, South African Matt Beers is one of the current specialists in XCM stage races. In 2025, he will once again start the Cape Epic alongside American Keegan Swenson (Santa Cruz) as his partner, and both will be top favorites for the victory. Beers will compete on this customized S-Works Epic 8 equipped with some of the latest SRAM prototypes.

Matt Beers won the last edition of the Cape Epic with the S-Works Epic 8 and the Rock Shox Flight Attendant suspensions, both novelties that were introduced shortly before.

For 2025, Beers has just presented a new customization on his Epic 8 and a setup that includes new prototypes seen recently, such as the SRAM Motive brakes or the new Rock Shox Reverb dropper post.
