MAAP presents a capsule collection inspired by motorcycles and street art

The Australian brand MAAP and Dirt Bikes Bleach Design Werks, a motorcycle design studio based in Los Angeles and led by Mikey Ojeda, join forces once again to present their second collaboration. This new capsule collection merges the aesthetics of motorcycling, streetwear, and cycling to offer something very different from what we normally see in cycling brands.

Recognized for his work with figures like Ty Dolla $ign, Nyjah Huston, and Lando Norris, Mikey Ojeda has developed a unique style that blends influences from skateboarding, hip-hop, and the motorcycle culture of Los Angeles. Inspired by his creative approach, this new MAAP collection seeks to reflect the freedom of cycling in all its forms, exploring the connection between asphalt, off-road, and urban streets.

The proposal of MAAP and Bleach Design Werks focuses on unique design in each garment, and the collection consists of a wide range of pieces ranging from bib shorts, short and long jerseys, or socks to water bottles or oversized t-shirts.

In addition, along with this collection, both brands have launched the "Happy to Ride Here" Global Ride Series, a series of community events that will take place in cities like Los Angeles, Melbourne, London, and Berlin. These gatherings aim to invite cyclists to discover new routes and connect with the creativity that inspires the collection.

Mikey Ojeda explained the meaning of this initiative: "The Happy To Ride Here Series is about, no matter the environment or moment you are going through in life, there is always that happiness of looking down, seeing that you are on your bike, surrounded by the people you love, and valuing the simplest moments."
