The best XCO specialists in the world meet at the Shimano Supercup Massi La Nucía 2024

The town of La Nucía, Alicante, will once again be the global epicenter of XCO on February 10 and 11. The weather forecast points to a weekend without precipitation and with pleasant temperatures, although the rain that will fall on Friday could slightly modify the conditions of an already demanding circuit with 5.18 km of route and 128 meters of unevenness.

As usual, the BH Coloma Team will kick off the XCO season in La Nucía

The race, which will have UCI C1 category and will distribute points for the Paris Olympics, continues to attract the best figures in international XCO. And a good example of this will be the top-level names that will be at the elite start line.

In the men's race, the top favorite will be Tom Pidcock, current XCO World Champion, who will wear the rainbow jersey for the first time this year, but there will also be big names like Sam Gaze, current XCC World Champion and winner of the last edition; the Spanish champion David Valero; the eight-time Czech champion Ondrej Cink; the experienced Maxime Marotte, or the XCC European champion David Campos.

The women's race will also feature the rainbow jersey of Pauline Ferrand-Prevot who will be accompanied by the American Savilia Blunk; or the recent signings of the BH Coloma Team Sofia Waite and Raquel Queirós, among others.
