Detailing the SCOTT Addict Gravel with which Alberto Barroso won the 2026 Gravel Championship of Spain.
Alberto Barroso (SCOTT Cala Bandida) became the Champion of Spain in Gravel 2026 last weekend. A title he achieved on a demanding course and against a high-level rival, like David Valero, whom he only dropped in the final meters. Under his feet, he rode this SCOTT Addict Gravel 10, which debuted new colors and features a very particular setup.

The SCOTT Addict Gravel of Alberto Barroso to win the Championship of Spain in Gravel 2026
The SCOTT Addict Gravel is a well-established platform in the discipline, and its successful design makes it capable of reaching the podium in both a fast and demanding race like this National Championship or more adventurous events like Badlands. Key features include a very lightweight frame, a progressive geometry that allows for greater wheel clearance, and a superior level of integration.
For the occasion, Barroso debuted one of the new colors of the Addict Gravel 10 for this season, which also pairs well with the characteristic blue tone of the SCOTT Cala Bandida team.

Barroso's Addict Gravel 10 features a frame and fork made from HMF carbon. The Syncros Creston IC SL X handlebar is another key component of this setup due to its integration and aerodynamics.
On the wheels, it mounts Racing Parts rims, the brand of former cyclist Oriol Morata, with a 55mm profile and the ultra-light Berd PoliLight textile spokes that we have already seen on Tom Pidcock or Pauline Ferrand Prevot. The tires are Chaoyang Gravel GP 700x45, taking advantage of the maximum wheel clearance of this bike, which is 45mm.
In the drivetrain, it combines a SRAM Force AXS 13-speed derailleur with a Rotor "Made in Spain" crankset and chainring of 46T, Aldhu carbon cranks, and road pedals.
The rest of the components are from Syncros, such as the seatpost, the Syncros Tofino Regular 2.0 Cutout saddle, and the Syncros Tailor bottle cage.
