Decathlon updates its most sought-after turbo trainer and comes with 2 free months of Zwift
The Van Rysel D100 direct turbo trainer has become one of the most sought after, in terms of price and specifications. Now it comes in its Zwift Edition version with 2 months free subscription to the platform.
New Van Rysel D100 Zwift Edition direct drive roller
It was one of the most gifted turbo trainers last Christmas and it looks like it will be again in 2024-25. The Van Rysel D100 is possibly the direct drive roller with the best value for money on the market and now it arrives in its Zwift Edition version with a clear intention.
One of the most common questions among those who already have one of these rollers is how to connect it to Zwift? and what better way to clarify it by the manufacturer than by directly partnering with the platform to confirm that it can be done.

The Van Rysel D100 roller has Bluetooth FTMS connection and the problem it has generated among many users is that its connection with devices such as smartphones, tablets, computers, etc. is not done as we usually do with headphones, for example. As the manufacturer explains, you don't have to sync your device with the roller, in fact if you have already done it, you have to unpair it from your Bluetooth before continuing. The correct way would be to first enter the platform we are going to use (KINOMAP, ZWIFT, ONELAP, BKOOL, etc) and from the options within it, search for the roller and connect it.
As we say, the best proof that it can be connected to Zwift is this new D100 Zwift Edition version that comes with 2 months of free subscription to the platform when purchased.
The Van Rysel D100 Zwift Edition roller has a price of 299€ and is already available on the Decathlon website. In addition, the normal version is still available at a lower price of 250€.
