Colnago gifts an exclusive Y1Rs to each UAE rider to celebrate Pogacar's Tour
Just hours before the arrival of the 2026 Tour de France in Paris, Colnago has presented one of the most striking images of this edition: an exclusive collection of eight Y1R bicycles customized for the riders of UAE Team Emirates-XRG, a tribute to the team's dominance in the race and, especially, to the fifth Tour de France of Tadej Pogacar, which will be officially confirmed on the Champs-Élysées.

Colnago honors Pogacar's historic Tour with eight unique bicycles: seven yellow and one white for Del Toro
The Italian manufacturer has prepared seven bicycles completely painted yellow, the color of the leader's jersey, and an eighth in white for Isaac del Toro, winner of the young riders' classification. None of them will be for sale, Colnago has created them as an exclusive gift for the eight riders who started the Tour with the Emirati team.

The 2026 edition of the Tour de France has once again confirmed Pogacar's superiority. The Slovenian arrived in Paris after delivering a practically flawless performance, where he once again made a difference in the mountains, won decisive stages, and sealed the overall classification before the last day of competition.

In addition to his fifth Tour victory (after those achieved in 2020, 2021, 2024, and 2025), Pogacar starred in one of the most memorable moments of this edition by setting a new ascent record at Alpe d’Huez, consolidating a dominance that UAE Team Emirates-XRG also maintained thanks to the work of the entire team.
Isaac del Toro, for his part, completed another outstanding Tour securing the white jersey as the best young rider, while Brandon McNulty, forced to withdraw due to illness in stage 18, will also receive his personalized bicycle as recognition for his contribution during the race.
Each bicycle tells the story of the Tour
Beyond the striking color, each of the bicycles incorporates numerous exclusive details related to the 2026 Tour:
- The complete profile of the route between Barcelona and Paris is engraved on the rear stays
- On the top tube are the names of all the UAE Team Emirates-XRG riders who participated in the race
- Each bicycle incorporates the national flag of its owner
- Turning the handlebars reveals a hidden detail referencing Pogacar's five Tour victories (2020, 2021, 2024, 2025, and 2026)

Two designs with their own identity
Although seven bicycles share the same yellow finish, Colnago has reserved two special customizations.

Tadej Pogacar's bicycle incorporates the characteristic rainbow colors of the reigning world champion, as well as the exclusive iridescent Ace of Clubs located on the head tube, a distinctive that the brand only uses on the personal bicycle of the world champion. As an additional nod, the model name Y1Rs appears hidden in Morse code through a sequence of dots and dashes integrated into the decoration.

Isaac del Toro's, on the other hand, changes yellow for white to reflect his triumph in the young riders' classification, while maintaining the rest of the graphic elements common to the set.

A gift that will not reach the market
Colnago has confirmed that these eight Y1Rs are unique pieces and will not be part of their commercial catalog. Each bicycle has been hand-painted and delivered as a personal gift to the riders who represented the team during the 2026 Tour de France.

With this collection, the Italian brand wanted to highlight a very present idea throughout the race: although the yellow jersey is worn by a single rider, the great victories in the Tour are the result of the collective work of an entire team.
