The new SRAM HS2 discs are specific for mountain biking, and although in SRAM's presentation they have been associated with the most demanding modalities of this discipline, the truth is that they are very versatile and come in sizes from 160 to 220 mm. So they can be mounted on any current MTB, from XCO to DH, including Trail, Enduro, etc.

These discs are designed to improve braking, reduce noise and increase heat dissipation. This has been achieved thanks to the new brake track pattern, which increases brake pad traction, and the heat-dissipating spokes with paint inserts. This is a very powerful, quiet disc with great heat management.
Made of steel, the new 160mm SRAM HS2 weighed 148g on our scales.
