Bianchi becomes the official bicycle of the Tour and celebrates it with a limited edition of the Specialissima RC

Bianchi has just announced a multi-year agreement with the organization of the Tour de France, the Amaury Sport Organisation (A.S.O.), through which it becomes the official bicycle of the race. To commemorate this new collaboration, the Italian brand has presented an exclusive version of the new Bianchi Specialissima RC Tour de France Limited Edition, a limited edition of only 113 units inspired by the most iconic jerseys of the Grande Boucle.

The number is not coincidental. Each bicycle is individually numbered and pays tribute to the 113th edition of the Tour de France, which will start this year in Barcelona. The special edition has been developed by Bianchi's Reparto Corse department and automatically becomes one of the most exclusive collector's bicycles launched by the brand in recent years.

Bianchi strengthens its historical bond with the Tour

The relationship between Bianchi and the French race dates back to some of the most legendary figures in cycling. Names like Fausto Coppi, Felice Gimondi, or Marco Pantani achieved some of their most memorable victories on bicycles from the Italian brand.

During the 2026 Tour de France, this special edition of the Specialissima RC will be displayed both in the official start area of each stage and at the Bianchi House in Milan.

The new Specialissima RC is a bicycle designed to combine lightness, aerodynamic efficiency, and control on descents, maintaining a balanced performance both in the mountains and on flat terrain. Additionally, it incorporates the latest evolution of Bianchi's Countervail technology, designed to reduce vibrations from the terrain without compromising the stiffness needed for changes in pace or sprints.

Exclusive components for this edition

Bianchi has chosen several very exclusive components for this Tour de France version. Like the new Reparto Corse RC 49R wheels, which use a crushed carbon construction and feature yellow graphics inspired by the yellow jersey. They have a 49 mm profile, an internal width of 25 mm, and straight-pull spokes to improve comfort and reduce rolling resistance.

The saddle is also exclusive. It is a streamlined model developed with Prologo with a width of 148 mm and details that incorporate the four colors of the Tour's distinctive jerseys.

Completing the set is an integrated cockpit with specific black and yellow handlebar tape.

A tribute to the four jerseys of the Tour

One of the most striking elements of this limited edition is its decoration.

Bianchi has merged the colors of the four most important jerseys of the race into a single design: yellow for the general classification, green for the points classification, red on a white background for the mountains, and white for the best young rider.

The front of the frame features a metallic yellow finish that fades to white, while the rear area incorporates an intense green color separated by a yellow transition. Additionally, the inner side of the fork includes a polka dot pattern reminiscent of the mountain jersey.

The seat tube displays the official logo of the Tour de France, and each frame incorporates an individual numbering under the layer of varnish.

Buyers of this special edition will also receive an exclusive welcome kit. The standout item will be a handcrafted 1:12 scale replica of the bicycle, made entirely by hand in Italy and numbered to match the purchased unit.

Price of the Bianchi Specialissima RC Tour de France Limited Edition

The Bianchi Specialissima RC Tour de France Limited Edition will have a recommended price of 12,900 euros and will be limited to only 113 units worldwide.
