Van Aert launches a mobile company that gives you data every time he wins a race and will offer exclusive videos during La Vuelta

The operator will function thanks to the network of the Belgian company Telenet, so it will not have its own infrastructure, but will use that of this provider.
The offer will be available with two plans, one called Sprint, cheaper, and in which every time Van Aert wins a race or a stage, customers will receive 2 GB extra. In addition, it offers a 10% discount on the cyclist's official merchandise. The second option is called Monument and, in addition to offering more data, its users will have exclusive videos recorded by Van Aert himself, behind-the-scenes access, virtual tours, and other experiences reserved for subscribers. The first content will arrive during the next Vuelta a España, where the Belgian will return to competition after missing the Tour de France due to injury.
Van Aert explained that the goal of the project was not simply to put his name on a phone company, but to create a community of fans around his figure.

“I wanted to create something that brought me closer to the fans, to my world and to this sport”, he explained during the presentation.
The Belgian also admitted that at first he doubted the idea. “I thought: who is going to want a network that only has my name on the phone? But the idea is to build a community.”
Although it is common for athletes to invest in different businesses, the launch of a mobile phone operator is a very uncommon initiative in professional cycling, making Van Aert one of the first riders to bet on a project of this kind.
