Dangerholm surprises again with his new creation. Known for his exclusive builds, radical adaptations, and obsessive attention to detail, he has named his latest gem the SCOTT Spark RC "Silver Arrow". A minimalist XC competition bike that includes a Lefty fork and Bike Ahead wheels to everyone's surprise.

Dangerholm combines the best of two worlds in this SCOTT Spark RC "Silver Arrow"

With the base of the SCOTT Spark RC HMX frame, with its characteristic integrated rear shock, Dangerholm has taken the design of this bike to another level by combining it with a Lefty Ocho Carbon fork with 120 mm of travel. A silhouette that will rarely be seen on the street.

Although from completely different teams (SCOTT and Cannondale), both components, frame and fork, are regular protagonists in the World Cup, ensuring that style does not sacrifice performance.

Another strong point of this build is its wheels. Ones that change everything. The chosen wheelset is the spectacular Bike Ahead Composites Biturbo RSX monocoque carbon wheels with six spokes and a custom matte red finish. Weighing only 1329 g and with an internal width of 33 mm, they offer an ideal combination of lightness, traction, and absorption on technical trails. They are fitted with Maxxis Aspen and Aspen ST 29x2.4" Team Spec tires, designed for fast and precise riding.

As usual, the SRAM XXSL AXS Transmission has also been customized and taken to the next level with a CeramicSpeed OSPW X pulley cage and a CeramicSpeed bottom bracket. The 38-tooth chainring can switch between a SRAM XXSL with a power meter or the exclusive RadoxX Bergakungen, focused on maximum lightness.

For the shifters and remote controls, he combines the Zirbel ZShift 01, a multifunction rotary control connected to a SRAM BlipBox that hides the control unit in the Intend Grace XC stem. The Bike Ahead Wonderbar handlebar allows for perfect internal routing to keep the cockpit clear. The handlebar, control, and electronics assembly weigh only 274 g.

The Twinloc suspension system is activated with Jagwire LEX-SL 3.0 cables, thinner and more flexible than usual, making it easier to pass through the frame without losing efficiency.

Some of the details that may go unnoticed but make a difference in this build include the CeramicSpeed SLT bearings in the headset, which do not require maintenance as they are sealed and lubricated with polymer instead of conventional grease. The contact points are also meticulously cared for, with Syncros Foam grips and the handmade Berk Lupina saddle from Slovenia, weighing only 93.6 g, mounted on a RockShox Reverb AXS dropper post and held by a now discontinued Tune Würger Skyline clamp.
