Zwift presents a range of novelties to offer users an even wider range of training possibilities. The platform launches several improvements and updates, among which stand out eight ports of the 2024 Tour, the 'My List' functionality, and the new expansion of the Watopia universe. In addition, special activities will be offered during the month of August in honor of the women's Tour.
The new season of Zwift: a package of novelties to use the platform in spring and summer
Good weather is just around the corner and Zwift, which attracts many cyclists who avoid going out in the cold, rain, and short daylight hours of autumn and winter, has prepared several novelties to remain an attractive option even when the sun is shining and the days are longer. The seven innovations developed by the platform will be rolled out gradually over the next few months and promise to reach new fitness levels.

Although the UCI put an end to Zwift organizing the Virtual Cycling World Championships -host since the first edition-, the platform still has the approval of many cyclists. Now it is launching a series of novelties for the spring-summer season.
Firstly, the 'Spring Training' is now available, consisting of a series of six-week training sessions with the mission of building good endurance levels. Users can choose between 30 or 50-minute sessions.
Starting in June, The Grade arrives as the new expansion of Watopia. It is a direct and extremely steep climb from La Cumbre City to the top of the Epic KOM and will have several routes available for free exploration, training, and racing.
Another highly anticipated release for spring will be the new functionality called 'My List' which aims to plan future sessions and avoid wasting time deciding what to do. Users can browse through the entire Zwift library and add routes and workouts to 'My List' through the Zwift Companion app.
Users will also be able to enjoy -or suffer- eight of the most emblematic ports of the Tour de France 2024. The French tour will once again be in the spotlight with the inclusion in Climb Portal of the following climbs: Côte des Forche and Col du Galibier (8.6 km at 6.6%) -in the first week-; Pas de Peyrol/Puy Mary, Pla d'Adet (10 km at 8.2%), and Col de Peyresourde -in the second week-; Isola 2000, Col de la Couillole (15.9 km at 7.2%), and La Turbie/Col d’Eze -in the third week-.
Zwift will adorn the maps of France and Paris in honor of the Tour and has announced more novelties for users who want to compete as well as for those who prefer to pedal more leisurely.
In August, the Watch The Femmes campaign will take place -in honor of the women's Tour- where RoboPacer events of the Alpe Celebration will be organized every two hours. In addition, weekly training sessions inspired by the women's race will also be offered.
In summer, the HUD renewal will also arrive with more information; for example, the company highlights the dynamic visualization of the elevation profile in 'Climb Mode' or the customization of the fields displayed in the power mosaic through the settings menu -speed, average power, W/Kg ratio, cadence, and heart rate-.
At the beginning of summer, another new functionality that will increase integration with other training platforms and services will also be introduced. In this way, workouts created outside of Swift will be synchronized and displayed in the 'Custom Workouts' folder.
