What is the Orbea Factory Team preparing? They have just said goodbye to almost all of their cyclists
The XCO World Cup teams continue to unveil or announce renewals and new signings, but what Orbea Factory Racing has just announced seems like a very important change of direction. The team has just said goodbye to almost all of its current cyclists.
Orbea Factory Racing points to a radical change
In an emotional post shared on social media, Orbea Factory Racing thanks and says goodbye to four of its five members with whom they have had a brilliant 2024 season full of podiums and with the great achievement of Luca Martin winning the XCO Sub-23 World Championship in Andorra.

This significant move anticipates a radical change in the team and rumors even speak of changes in the structure. But for now, the only thing certain is that Frenchman Luca Martin, Spaniard David Campos, Italian Chiara Teochi, and Anne Tauber will take a new path in 2025. New signings are expected to join Belgian Pierre de Froidmont at Orbea Factory Racing next season.
