What happens when you send 2 mountain biking legends to the Megavalanche?
The Megavalanche is celebrated in Alpe d'Huez, France, since 1995 and is one of the wildest mountain bike races one can compete in. SCOTT ambassadors Brendan Fairclough and Andrew Neethling already knew what it was like to race there, but this edition their goals were different.

The Megavalanche starts massively, all riders in a group, from a glacier located at 3300 meters altitude. Those who "survive" the first snow section still have a wild descent of 2600 meters on high mountain trails where physical condition must respond to get down as fast as possible.
Brendan "Brendog" Fairclough and Andrew Neethling had not competed in a race like this for years, and although their fitness may not have been the best, the truth is that these two mountain bike legends know how to manage to continue being fast.
