Specialized has unveiled the clothing from the spring 2024 collection. The American brand launches a total of 227 items with the intention of conquering cyclists' wardrobes. The new colors of the Trail pants, the Gravity Training sets, or the lightest jersey in the world are some of the standout pieces.

Specialized's collection for this spring: a catalog ready to dress any cyclist

Clothing is key to determining the comfort of a ride, so getting the wardrobe right is essential: any cyclist can ruin a day on the bike with an inappropriate choice for the weather conditions or the terrain they will face. The wardrobe can also have a minor impact on performance. Thus, Specialized offers a huge range of items that they now expand with the arrival of spring.

Specialized has presented the spring collection for this 2024 season. The American giant has rolled up its sleeves and worked diligently to have 227 garments ready, including pants, jerseys, shorts, gloves, neck gaiters, or socks, among others.

Specialized reports that the color palettes used for this collection are inspired by the landscapes cyclists pedal through, which inspire pedaling and contribute to inner peace; in total, they have used three palettes that they have named Coastal Fog, Valley Floor, and Desert Plains.

Regarding the highlights in MTB clothing, the goal has been to manufacture durable, lightweight, and technical garments. One of the mainstays are the new colors of the well-known Trail pants -both long and short-, as well as one of the main novelties are the new Gravity Training shirts and shorts, designed based on feedback from Loic Bruni -five-time DH world champion- and Finn Iles.

The demands of these elite riders focused on comfortable training clothing with a high degree of mobility. Specialized has launched a new pattern where they have removed seams in the armpits to eliminate irritation points and the shorts have been completely joined.

Furthermore, the brand manufactures these types of garments with recycled materials from a polyester knit fabric combined with a mesh fabric.

Another highlight by Specialized is the second Prime collection; the clothing line that was created to satisfy cyclists who prefer a tight and refined fit with a classic and refined style. In this way, the garments seek to optimize performance and have introduced innovations to achieve greater stability in the pockets -reinforcement tape on the seams and lower corners with notches- and the straps.

The brand is proud to have created the Prime Lightweight jersey of 82 grams which, they explain, is the lightest jersey in the world; specifically, it is 37% lighter than the standard Prime jersey and is capable of evacuating sweat 17% faster than any other jersey made by the brand.

The key to Prime is the great elasticity of the fabric, which manages to adhere to the skin and reduce the negative effects of the wind. In addition, it allows for great moisture wicking and offers UPF 30 sun protection.

Still within the Prime range, for the first time two SWAT bibs are offered with mesh pockets on the thighs and lower back to maximize storage.

On the other hand, it is also worth mentioning the triple-density Body Geometry chamois in all Prime shorts, which are designed to work with Body Geometry saddles, which protect blood flow and reduce pressure.

You can find the complete collection -jerseys, shorts, t-shirts, pants, gloves, raincoats, chamois, socks, neck gaiters, and other items- on the Specialized website.
