Like Hollywood stars, this is how Specialized presents its 2024 season

With the Morgan Hill wind tunnel as an improvised red carpet, Specialized invited, or not, all its World Tour stars as a prologue to the 2024 season that is now starting and promises to be one of the best in its history for the Californian firm given the level of its sponsored teams.

Specialized summons its best actors to present its film candidate to win everything

As if they were real Hollywood stars, this is how Specialized has presented its 2024 season in terms of its sponsorships in the World Tour, which include those of Soudal-QuickStep, Bora-Hansgrohe and, in the women's category, the untouchable SD-Worx. All of them with a cast of cyclists who promise to be protagonists in each and every one of the races on the calendar.

In reality, Specialized could not gather everyone in the Morgan Hill wind tunnel, given the busy weeks that the teams now have with preseason concentrations, planning, etc. But, resorting to the magic of cinema, well, of photography, it managed to gather in a single snapshot the tremendous cast of stars of the brand: Jai Hindey, Lotte Kopecky, Primoz Roglic, Demi Vollering, Remco Evenepoel, Julian Alaphilippe, Lorena Wiebes and Kasper Asgreen as representative figures of the potential of each of their teams.

Hindely and Roglic were photographed in November on their visit to the Specialized facilities. The same was done by Remco and Kasper Asgreen who traveled to Morgan Hill to do several tests in the wind tunnel. For their part, the girls from SD-Worx had to be photographed during their winter concentration in Alicante just like Julian Alaphilippe.

In any case, that cinema aesthetic has been sought, with the cyclists elegantly dressed for their walk on a red carpet that traveled from Morgan Hill to Alicante so that there was no difference at all and the final assembly was totally realistic, while the photographers had to take care of the lighting so that everything fit perfectly. Without a doubt, a work almost of engineering at the level of the developments to which Specialiced has accustomed us.
