Rissveds debuts a unique version of the new Canyon Lux World Cup CFR
Although it has just been officially presented, Jenny Rissveds has been riding the new Canyon Lux World Cup CFR for months, and she already won with it in the mixed pairs category at the last Cape Epic. But the world champion has just debuted a very special version for the World Cup in Korea. Here we see it in detail.
Jenny Rissveds debuts a unique version of the new Canyon Lux World Cup CFR
The silhouette of the new Canyon Lux World Cup CFR resembles its previous version, but the truth is that it is a very different bike. Its main novelty is a very aggressive geometry that now leaves the head angle at 66° and a longer wheelbase. Additionally, there is an increase in travel, with 120mm in the front and 110mm in the rear, a general weight reduction, and a new anti-squat system that is uncommon in an XCO bike.
Now we have to see how this new generation performs in races, and the truth is that she doesn't have it easy. Jenny Rissveds won almost everything last year with the previous version, and among all her victories, the World Championship stands out.
And honoring the rainbow jersey, we find a very special version of this new Canyon Lux World Cup CFR. Rissveds' model features a unique aesthetic where, on a white frame, colorful details have been included that seem to deconstruct the colors of her jerseys in a kind of watercolor. Additionally, the frame includes some graphic details that recall the date when Jenny won the World Championship.

As we said, the bike is completely new, but the setup remains quite similar to last year's.
The Canyon CLLCTV team is associated with SRAM and RockShox, so we find the complete package. With a SID Ultimate Flight Attendant fork and shock, a combination that does not exist in the commercial range, SRAM XX SL Eagle transmission, and DT Swiss 1200 wheels with Schwalbe tires.
Canyon has clearly moved the Lux World Cup CFR towards a more aggressive terrain, where descending capability and suspension management weigh as much as pure pedaling efficiency, and it will be in Korea where we see how well Jenny adapts to this new concept.
