POC renews its road gear for 2026 and includes a range of translucent bags for bikepacking
POC has unveiled its new road cycling collection for the 2026 season, a proposal that combines new product lines with updates to some of its existing ranges.
POC presents its 2026 road cycling collection with the new Raceday range, the Novus chamois, and a collection of translucent bags
The Swedish brand introduces garments clearly aimed at performance in competition under the new Raceday collection, expands its Cadence line for training and daily use, and completes the offer with new bikepacking bags and the Legacy collection, inspired by classic elements of the brand. One of the most relevant developments this season is the new Novus chamois, created from specific studies on pressure and ergonomics in contact with the saddle.

Novus, a chamois developed from pressure analysis
Beyond the new collections, one of the most notable technical developments is the Novus chamois, which POC has designed after analyzing the behavior of the contact point between the cyclist and the saddle. For its development, the brand used pressure mapping technology applied to different cyclists, pedaling positions, saddle types, and ride durations, in addition to collaborating with specialists in physiotherapy, gynecology, and biomechanics.

From these studies, POC concluded that many traditional chamois did not provide sufficient support in the areas where pressures really concentrate. The Novus therefore adopts a wider design that seeks to improve support for the ischial bones and reduce common pressure points during pedaling. It also incorporates wider central channels to relieve pressure in sensitive areas and improve comfort on long rides.

The construction combines layers of foam with an integrated gel layer that maintains support even when the material gets wet, a situation in which conventional chamois can lose effectiveness. Additionally, the material structure is designed to improve airflow and keep the area more ventilated.
The Novus chamois is offered in specific versions for men and women, adapted to anatomical differences and the usual posture on the bike, which has influenced both the shape and the length and ventilation of each version.
Raceday, the new competition-oriented line
The main novelty of the 2026 collection is the Raceday range, designed to meet the demands of competition or high-intensity training. The garments have been developed with compressive fabrics and a fit designed for more aggressive pedaling positions, aiming to improve aerodynamics and maintain muscle support during prolonged efforts.

Within this line, POC introduces bib shorts for men and women made with recycled materials and a high-compression fabric that aims to provide stability and support during pedaling. The straps feature an elastic and flat design, while the leg openings use a clean cut that reduces pressure points. In the case of the women's version, the brand's own strap system is also maintained, which allows female cyclists to make a "technical stop" without needing to remove their jersey or jacket.
The jerseys in the Raceday collection also adopt a competition cut and use sealed sleeves along with fabrics with high recovery capacity and sweat-wicking properties. According to the brand, each garment has been developed with specific patterns for men and women to optimize aerodynamics, breathability, and comfort when riding at high intensity.
Cadence expands for year-round training
Alongside the new Raceday line, the Cadence collection continues to grow following its launch last year. This range is designed for broader use during training and for different weather conditions throughout the season.
Among the new features is the new Women’s Cadence Cargo Bib Short, which incorporates the female version of the Novus chamois and maintains the strap system that allows female cyclists to stop without needing to remove other garments. The collection also introduces long-sleeve jerseys designed for riding in cooler conditions, which complement the short-sleeve models intended for warm climates.

The Cadence jerseys use recycled fabrics with high breathability and UPF 50+ sun protection, and incorporate a design with wider hems and multiple pockets to improve stability and carrying capacity during rides. The line is completed with various accessories such as arm warmers and leg warmers that allow for equipment adjustments to temperature changes during the ride. Additionally, there is the new Cadence Thermal Long Sock, made with merino wool and reinforced terry fabric in the heel and toe to improve insulation in cold conditions.
The Ultra range incorporates new bikepacking bags
Another novelty of the season is the expansion of the Ultra range. Following the launch of the Ultra Vest, POC now introduces a series of bikepacking bags.

These bags are made from waterproof TPU with a translucent finish that makes it easy to see the contents inside. The brand has designed them to offer simple organization of luggage and allow quick access to the most necessary items during the ride, whether on day trips or longer journeys.
Legacy recovers the classic aesthetics of the brand
The Legacy collection brings a more aesthetic aspect to POC's proposal for 2026. This line recovers historical colors and details from the brand and combines them with current road and mountain cycling garments.

Among the most recognizable elements is POC's characteristic propeller, integrated into a striking color palette that mixes classic inspiration with the performance and protection of current products.
The new POC collection is now available at poc.com and in selected stores.
