Pidcock's Pinarello Dogma XC debuts new setup and design in Andorra
Since the last XCO World Championship, held in August in Andorra, we had not seen Tom Pidcock on a mountain bike. Since then, he went through a quite tumultuous team change and spent several months focused 100% on the road. But now, back in Andorra, at the XCO World Cup in Pal Arinsal, we have seen him riding on the Pinarello Dogma XCO that he helped develop himself, this time with a completely renewed aesthetic and a unique setup.
Tom Pidcock debuts design and setup on his Pinarello Dogma XCO
Tom Pidcock's arrival at the Q36.5 team raised doubts about which bike he would use in MTB, as the team competes with SCOTT bikes on the road. However, Pinarello quickly announced that if Pidcock competed in MTB, cyclocross, or gravel, he would do so with one of their models. It is worth noting that the owner of Pinarello is also the owner of the Q36.5 team, and everything points to next year the Italian brand could also become the official road bike supplier.

This team change has also brought a new technical partner: SRAM. Therefore, we now see Pidcock riding with a completely different setup on his Pinarello Dogma XCO, while he recognizes the XCO World Cup circuit in Andorra, where he will compete this Sunday.
If he previously used Shimano components, SR Suntour suspensions, and Princeton wheels, he now uses the complete SRAM set, with RockShox Flight Attendant suspensions, FSA wheels, and Vittoria tires. In addition, he has left behind the golden frame design — a tribute to his two Olympic gold medals — to make way for a red and gold aesthetic, which matches his new Q36.5 team kit, where golden details also stand out.
