The new Van Rysel clothing collection is inspired by the classics
With Decathlon's headquarters located in Lille, right next to Roubaix, and named Van Rysel, the Flemish name for this French city, Decathlon's top cycling gear brand cannot deny its connection to the cobblestone classics that we enjoy in this area every spring. Classics that have served as inspiration for the new Racer fall/winter collection they have just launched.
Van Rysel presents its fall/winter clothing collection, ready to survive the harsh weather of Flanders
With the cobblestone classics as the common thread, Van Rysel has unveiled its new Racer collection designed to deal with both the changing weather days of autumn and the icy winter days that are coming in the next months.
Such disparity in weather situations forces Van Rysel Racer collection to include a good variety of garments, starting with the short bib shorts for men. A garment made with warm fabric instead of the lightweight lycra of summer bib shorts, ideal for those who prefer the versatility of this garment accompanied by leg warmers. A bib short that has a price of 59.99 €.

Garmin 530. Why is it still the favorite of many cyclists?
Obviously for those who prefer the long bib shorts, they also have the same in the Racer collection, both in male and female versions and with the same price as the short version 59.99 €.
To combine with the bib shorts, during the autumn days, or even for the whole winter in the case of regions with less demanding climate, the Racer range has included the RCR LS long sleeve jersey, which, like the bib shorts, is made with thermal fabric. It has three pockets in conventional arrangement on the back plus an extra one with a zipper to store keys, mobile phone or whatever we don't want to lose. It also has technical details designed for transitional use such as ventilation zones on the back and armpits to allow intense efforts without excessive sweating. It is available in five color options: black, white, lilac, salmon red, and orange and, like the bib shorts, it has a price of 59.99 €.
Thinking about purely winter conditions, Van Rysel adds to the collection the Racer 2 winter jackets, which have a price of 49.99 €; and the RCR XTRM, the latter designed for temperatures down to -5 °C and costing 89.99 €, both with water-repellent and windproof finish although without a membrane that allows their use in rainy conditions. Also within the XTRM category, a long bib shorts for the coldest conditions is included.
