New Specialized Power EVO saddles with more accessible versions and the same Body Geometry DNA
Specialized expands its range of high-performance saddles with two new versions that bring the Power EVO platform to a more accessible price range. The new Power EVO Pro with Mirror and Power EVO Comp maintain the biomechanical base of the S-Works model but introduce changes in materials and construction to open their use to a wider range of cyclists.
Specialized brings its most comfortable saddle to more cyclists with the new Power EVO
The base of both models remains the same. Specialized starts from its Body Geometry design, developed from pressure mapping, anatomical measurements, and real-world testing. The goal is clear: to provide support where the body needs it and relieve pressure on critical points, especially in changing positions on the bike. This approach fits with a shape that favors mobility on the saddle, something common in road, gravel, and XC.

The Power EVO Pro with Mirror is where the greatest technical development is concentrated. The internal structure consists of an adaptive support matrix with thousands of support points that deform in a controlled manner according to the load. According to data provided by the brand, this design significantly reduces pressure in the front area and on the ischial bones, improving comfort during prolonged efforts. Additionally, it incorporates a wider nose and longer rails to facilitate position changes and expand the adjustment range on the bike.

Structurally, this model combines a carbon-reinforced nylon shell with hollow titanium rails, seeking a balance between lightness, rigidity, and durability. All of this in a set that maintains a contained weight within its category.
The Power EVO Comp shares the same shape philosophy but with a more durability- and cost-oriented execution. In this case, the technology is based on an optimized foam that maintains the adaptive character of the saddle, although with a simpler construction. The shell is entirely made of nylon, and the rails are made of alloy, which reduces the level of sophistication but maintains functionality in real use.

Both models are designed for cross-use that encompasses road, gravel, and XC, both in competition and recreational use, reinforcing the idea of a single platform adaptable to different contexts.
