New KS LEV Circuit cable-free dropper post
The American manufacturer Kind Shock has just presented its new KS LEV Circuit wireless dropper post and from its performance, specifications and price it seems to be the first post capable of competing and improving on the current market reference, the RockShox Reverb.
New KS LEV Circuit cable-free seatpost
At a glance, and knowing that KS has been working on a wireless seatpost since 2015, it is clear that the LEV Circuit is a model that is ready to make its mark on the market. Its design is similar to the aforementioned Reverb and both the mechanism that lowers and raises the seatpost and the external battery are located at the top, next to the saddle. Surprisingly, however, it is much more compact than the RockShox version.
It's available in 30.9 and 31.6mm diameters, and in 125, 150, 175 and 200mm travel, and its remote system works precisely via a Bluetooth link that connects the handlebar-mounted remote to the seatpost. There is no cable of any kind. The remote control operates autonomously with a CR 2032 battery and the seatpost with a removable and rechargeable battery.
