Lightness or more travel? MERIDA is premiering with the new eONE-SIXTY SL and eONE-EIGHTY 2025
MERIDA has just updated its eBikes catalog for 2025 and in it we find that one of the manufacturer's most established and appreciated eMTBs now comes in a lightweight version with the eONE-SIXTY SL with 160mm, and it is joined by a long-travel version with the eONE-SIXTY SL with 180mm. Both come equipped with the new BOSCH Performance Line CX electric system.
New MERIDA eONE-EIGHTY and eONE-SIXTY SL 2025 with the new BOSCH Performance Line CX
MERIDA is previewing the novelties of its 2025 catalog and it has included two very interesting new platforms for its eMTB range. The eONE-SIXTY SL is a new, more balanced and powerful version of this popular 160mm model, and above it, in robustness and travel, we find the new eONE-EIGHTY for a wilder version of mountain biking.

New MERIDA eONE-EIGHTY
This is MERIDA's eMTB with the most travel, 180mm front and rear, and to achieve a robust and powerful base it is mounted on an aluminum frame with a new suspension platform that reinterprets the acclaimed FAST kinematics of the eONE-SIXTY.
Its progressive geometry, mullet wheels as standard, and size-specific kinematics that increase progression as frame size increases, offer each rider the same intense experience regardless of their height or riding style.
As we mentioned, the new MERIDA eONE-EIGHTY is equipped with the Bosch Performance Line CX motor and an 800 Wh battery (which can be extended to over 1000 Wh with the extender).
The MERIDA eONE-EIGHTY is aimed at riders who seek to push their limits on every descent but do not give up on climbing as fast as possible all day long.
The MERIDA eONE-SIXTY SL finds the balance between power and weight
The eONE-SIXTY SL joins MERIDA's catalog to blur the line between electric and conventional mountain bikes. With a lightweight carbon frame, 160mm of travel, and powerful and dynamic assistance, this eMTB offers the best of both worlds.
This model, based on the popular eONE-SIXTY, features lightweight enduro components and the new compact Bosch Performance Line SX motor with 55 Nm and a fully integrated 400 Wh battery (with the option to mount the 250 Wh PowerMore extender). A perfect combination to enjoy an e-MTB with the traditional sensations.
