David Valero takes the silver medal in the European XCM Championship 2024
The BH Coloma Team cyclist David Valero has just been crowned runner-up in the European XCM Championship in a highly contested race against all the specialists in the discipline on the continent. The victory was decided in a sprint and only the German Lukas Baum was able to beat Valero.

After finishing in tenth place at the Paris Olympics and with the upcoming XCO World Championship, which will take place at the end of August, the Spanish David Valero wanted to compete in a different discipline, one where he seems to have more qualities.
In the 2024 European XCM Championship, Valero competed against the best cyclists in the discipline and showed that he can stand out. In a fast race with a large leading group, Valero arrived at the finish line with the favorites and everything was decided in a sprint where the German Lukas Baum was the fastest.
